Passive strategies for heating and cooling existed long before much of the technology we have at our fingertips today, it not only manifests our architectural inspirations and beliefs, but it’s the perfect combination between design and practicality regardless of your budget and type of property.

Current market conditions.

The pandemic had impacted on global supply chains, impacted by growing demand, continuing building materials shortages and climate change. With this in mind, from inception, we researched and selected available and more affordable building materials. We aim to reduce home building costs within you budget while maintaining aesthetic appearance to deliver quality homes. We only work with home builders is based upon reliability, performance and quality to help make your pandemic-era construction project to meet the budget and timeline for completion.

There is evidence of changing clients’ preferences as average prices increased more in rural areas than elsewhere, the pandemic and its behavioural impacted many people spending more time working from home, therefore we design by creating more internal and outdoor space and reducing the focus on proximity to offices.

The good news is the last few weeks, the costs of building materials started to fall after month of prices increased. The availability of building materials has increased.

Regardless of the market conditions, we believe lower building cost prevents the rise of construction cost due to use of scarce building materials which eventually increase the cost of the project.

My story.

In Australia, I’m a university postgraduate Master of Construction Management, a postgraduate Diploma of Building Construction and a postgraduate Diploma Architectural Building Design, a Registered Building Practitioner, I’m passionate and love the design and construction industry, I place a lot of effort to think about sustainability, cost efficiency and delivery. I am a detailed person who is also passionate about creating Archicad template and documentation, teaching and training others.

Having worked with some of the largest home builders in Australia for 20 years including some privately owned architecture companies, I have a profound understanding of the commercial sector, especially in the residential volume housing industry.

As a BIM manager, I understand the business requirements and associated processes to design then deliver 3D Archicad BIM templates, including providing training and technical support to inhouse designers, production and offshore teams.
